Job description
Inter Cars SA is one of the leading European companies in distributing spare parts for passenger and commercial vehicles. The company offers a wide range of products from over 1000 suppliers, providing a comprehensive selection across all market segments related to the automotive aftermarket. Inter Cars SA has a network of branches in Central and Eastern Europe, offering a diverse range of products and numerous services to professional customers. The consecutive expansion of the company has led to the establishment of a 100% daughter company in Bulgaria. Forty-one branches have been opened so far and more are on the way.
Due to the ambitious plans for developing and supporting an extensive network in the country, the company is seeking motivated professionals to join the headquarters team of Inter Cars in Sofia.
JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Main responsibilities:
Maintains employee records – makes sure all personnel files are accurate, up to date, and compliant with legal requirements;
Maintains and monitors internal HR documents such as paid leaves, employee inquiries, communication with the external payroll provider, etc.;
Payroll and benefits administration support – collecting and verifying data for payroll processing; assisting with benefits enrollment and inquiries;
Supports and ensures all the key policies and procedures for health and safe working environment are followed;
Assists with compliance and audits – supporting internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Supports recruitment processes – Scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems;
Onboarding and offboarding support – Assisting with new hire orientation and exit procedures.
Participates with ideas and execution of employee wellbeing activities and different internal events;
Participates in the organization of employee training and development programs;
Other administrative tasks.
Job requirements
University degree - in Human Recourses or a related field would be considered as an advantage;
HR background on a similar position especially in the field of payroll and administration would be considered as an advantage;
Very good organizational skills and result orientated approach;
Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a dynamic environment;
Adaptable person with a positive can-do attitude;
Great communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to treat with respect the confidentiality of others;
Proficiency in English language;
Very good computer literacy;
Excellent Bulgarian grammar skills;
Interested in further HR development.
